Policies:

• All parties require a minimum 10 paid persons to book.
• All parties must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
• Please check-in at Guest Services at least 30 minutes before your scheduled party time
• Party time starts at booked time not arrival time—due to time constraints your party area can only be held for the one hour allotted and is then opened to other guests.
• We recommend that food, cake, drinks, gift opening etc. be handled during the reserved party time. We suggest that rides and attractions are taken advantage of after private party time is over.
• Final payment must be made in one form, no individual payments please.
• No discounts or coupons may be used in conjunction with the Birthday Party Package.
• No outside food or drink will be permitted with the exception of the Birthday Cake.
• Manager on Duty has the right to charge for any and all damage and excessive clean up required by staff.
• All policies are strictly adhered to and no exceptions are made.
